What defines a country is not its boundaries or even it’s name. It’s the people and what they achieve. No need to talked about what happened 2 times in Vietnam a few decades ago. So one of the greatest achievement doesn’t lie in an action, but in a “non action”. It lies on the ability to forget and to look forward.
