"We are creatives, not a brand". Correct. But within the global increase of social media usage, every one has a voice, it’s all self-branding. So as a creative, how do we stand out from the crowd? To be defined by our work, our style is no longer enough. The audience, Agencies, HR identify us as a creative by the values we represent. Our work is "just" the expression of those values.
